Returns are a scheme provided by respective client under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective Client. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. If you get defected product of item is different then you order will be treat as refund of exchange, you have to return the product to us on your own courier once we get the packet the refund or exchange will be apply.
Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases -
